Description
A delicious and easy Pizza Bake recipe combining turkey Italian sausage, cheese wraps, and pepperoni!

- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 19 oz. pkg. turkey Italian sausage
- 1 13 oz. jar Rao’s Pizza Sauce
- 5 Folios Parmesan Cheese Wraps
- 2 cups grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 42 slices Hormel 25% reduced fat pepperoni
- 1 tsp. dried oregano, divided
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 425F/220C. Spray a 9″ X 13″ baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and cook the Italian Sausage until it’s nicely browned.
- Add the Rao’s Pizza Sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes, until the sauce has slightly thickened and sausage is flavored.
- Cut 5 Folios Cheese Wraps in half and arrange with the straight side along the edge of the baking dish and one cut piece covering the middle.
- Spread half the sausage/sauce mixture over the Folios.
- Top that with 1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese.
- Top with 21 pieces of pepperoni and a pinch of dried oregano.
- Make another layer of Folios, sausage/sauce mixture, cheese, pepperoni, and Greek Oregano.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and the Pizza Bake is bubbling hot and nicely browned.
- Serve the Pizza Bake hot and enjoy!
Notes
- Using a metal baking dish works well, but glass or ceramic will also work.
- If your baking dish isn’t close to the size used, you may need more Folios or low-carb tortillas.
