  • 1 ½ cups sour cream
  • 2 cups guacamole
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 ½ cups diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup black olives (optional)
  • ½ cup green onions, sliced
  • Jalapeño slices (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)
  • Lime wedges (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned.
  2. Drain fat, then add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  3. In a clear trifle bowl, carefully layer refried beans, salsa or pico de gallo, lettuce, seasoned ground beef, sour cream, guacamole, and cheese.
