Description
A delicious and spicy flatbread pizza topped with mozzarella, pepperoni, and a sweet hot honey drizzle.

- 2 store-bought flatbreads (or naan)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12–15 slices pepperoni
- ½ cup black olives, sliced
- 1 fresh jalapeño, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or basil, chopped
- ¼ cup honey
- 1–2 tsp hot sauce (adjust to your heat preference)
- ½ tsp chili flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brush each flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic. Place on the baking sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the flatbreads.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously on top.
- Add pepperoni slices, black olives, and jalapeño rings.
- Sprinkle red pepper flakes if you want extra heat.
- Bake flatbreads for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.
- While pizzas bake, mix honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes in a small saucepan over low heat until warm and pourable.
- Remove pizzas from oven. Drizzle generously with hot honey. Sprinkle fresh parsley or basil on top. Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of hot sauce in the honey drizzle to suit your heat preference.
- Feel free to add other toppings like bell peppers or mushrooms.
- For a vegetarian option, omit the pepperoni.
