Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1215 slices pepperoni
  • ½ cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 fresh jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or basil, chopped
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 12 tsp hot sauce (adjust to your heat preference)
  • ½ tsp chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brush each flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic. Place on the baking sheet.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the flatbreads.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously on top.
  5. Add pepperoni slices, black olives, and jalapeño rings.
  6. Sprinkle red pepper flakes if you want extra heat.
  7. Bake flatbreads for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.
  8. While pizzas bake, mix honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes in a small saucepan over low heat until warm and pourable.
  9. Remove pizzas from oven. Drizzle generously with hot honey. Sprinkle fresh parsley or basil on top. Slice and serve immediately.
