- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup truffle Gouda cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 0 tsp salt
- 0 tsp black pepper
- 0 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 0 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft.
- Add the minced garlic and steak pieces; cook until steak is browned.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, continuing to cook until slightly thickened.
- Mix in the truffle Gouda and mozzarella until melted.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce, season with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using).
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
