Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup truffle Gouda cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0 tsp salt
  • 0 tsp black pepper
  • 0 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 0 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
