Description

A delicious and gooey Sticky Bun Breakfast Ring perfect for a morning treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuits (8-count each, buttermilk or homestyle)
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sticky finish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a Bundt pan or tube pan generously with butter or nonstick spray.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  5. Roll the dough pieces in the sugar mixture until fully coated.
  6. Layer the sugared dough evenly in the Bundt pan, sprinkling pecans between layers if using.
  7. Pour melted butter evenly over the top of the layered biscuits.
  8. Sprinkle any remaining sugar mixture on top.
  9. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until golden brown and fully cooked through in the center.
  10. If the top browns too quickly, cover loosely with foil for the last 10 minutes.
  11. Let the ring cool for 5 minutes, then carefully invert onto a serving plate.
  12. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup for extra gooeyness.
  13. Serve warm—pull apart the sticky buns piece by piece!

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark brown sugar instead of light brown sugar.
  • Feel free to add raisins or chocolate chips for extra sweetness.
