Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuits (8-count each, buttermilk or homestyle)
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sticky finish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a Bundt pan or tube pan generously with butter or nonstick spray.
- In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters.
- Roll the dough pieces in the sugar mixture until fully coated.
- Layer the sugared dough evenly in the Bundt pan, sprinkling pecans between layers if using.
- Pour melted butter evenly over the top of the layered biscuits.
- Sprinkle any remaining sugar mixture on top.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, until golden brown and fully cooked through in the center.
- If the top browns too quickly, cover loosely with foil for the last 10 minutes.
- Let the ring cool for 5 minutes, then carefully invert onto a serving plate.
- Drizzle with honey or maple syrup for extra gooeyness.
- Serve warm—pull apart the sticky buns piece by piece!
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark brown sugar instead of light brown sugar.
