Description

A delightful dessert combining the flavors of strawberry cheesecake and banana pudding, layered for a sweet treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (or Golden Oreos crushed)
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk (optional, for creaminess)
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled & sliced
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • Whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • Crushed cookies or graham cracker crumbs
  • Extra sliced strawberries & bananas
  • Whole Golden Oreo (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of serving glasses or a trifle dish.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream to make a fluffy cheesecake mixture.
  3. Whisk together instant vanilla pudding and cold milk until thickened. Stir in sweetened condensed milk for extra richness (optional).
  4. On top of the crust, spread a layer of cheesecake filling. Add sliced strawberries and bananas. Spread a layer of pudding over the fruit. Repeat layers until glass is full.
  5. Top with whipped cream, crushed cookies, and extra fruit. Garnish with a whole Golden Oreo or wafer for presentation. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving for best flavor.
