- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups heavy cream (cold)
- 1 cup strawberry pie filling (or homemade strawberry compote)
- Fresh strawberries, halved (for topping)
Instructions
- Take cookies and carefully cut them in half.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and gelatin powder (if using).
- Lightly coat cookie halves with this crumb mixture to form a crunchy, sweet “boat” shell.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to create a fluffy filling.
- Pipe or spoon the cream filling inside each cookie shell.
- Add a spoonful of strawberry pie filling or compote on top.
- Garnish with half a fresh strawberry.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving so they hold shape.
- Enjoy chilled for best flavor and texture.
