Delicious Strawberry Cream Brownie Stacks that are perfect for impressing your guests with their rich chocolate flavor and fresh strawberry layers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (225 g) unsalted butter
  • 2 cups (400 g) granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup (85 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ cups (360 ml) heavy cream
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (60 g) powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • ½ cup (120 ml) strawberry jam or preserves
  • Fresh strawberry slices for garnish
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat and whisk in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Spread batter evenly in pan and bake for 25–30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  6. Cool completely, then cut into even squares for stacking.
  7. Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  8. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
  9. Whip heavy cream separately until stiff peaks form.
  10. Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture to make a light, fluffy filling.
  11. Spread a layer of cream filling over one brownie square.
  12. Add a spoonful of strawberry jam and a few slices of fresh strawberries.
  13. Top with another brownie square and repeat layers as desired.
  14. Finish with cream, strawberries, and a dusting of powdered sugar.

Notes

  • Ensure the brownies are completely cooled before cutting to avoid crumbling.
  • Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor and presentation.
  • This dessert can be made a day in advance; just assemble before serving.
