Instructions
- In a cold bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Chill in the fridge until ready to use.
- Slice the croissants horizontally, leaving one side attached (like a sandwich hinge).
- Warm them slightly in the oven (2–3 minutes at 160°C/320°F) if you want a fresh flaky texture.
- Spoon or pipe a generous amount of whipped cream inside.
- Layer the strawberry slices neatly on top of the cream.
- Gently close the croissant.
- Dust the top with powdered sugar.
- Decorate the plate with whole strawberries.
