Description
A luscious combination of ripe strawberries, creamy vanilla filling, soft cheese crumbles, and crunchy honey-glazed walnuts. Light, refreshing, and incredibly satisfying!

- 500 g fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 100 g soft cheese crumbles (ricotta, cottage cheese, or soft feta depending on desired flavor)
- 80 g walnut halves or pieces
- 200 g Greek yogurt or whipped cream cheese
- 120 ml heavy cream (whipped OR liquid if mixing into yogurt)
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp butter
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt (or cream cheese), heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Beat until creamy, smooth, and slightly fluffy. Spread or spoon into the bottom of a serving bowl.
- Heat honey and butter in a small pan over low heat until melted. Add walnuts and stir to coat. Cook for 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat. Let cool slightly until sticky and glossy.
- Add the halved strawberries on top of the cream layer. Sprinkle generously with soft cheese crumbles. Spoon the warm honey-glazed walnuts over the berries. Drizzle any remaining glaze over the top.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness of the cream base by varying the amount of powdered sugar.
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of whipped cream cheese.
- Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
