Description

Delicious Sweet & Savory Cinnamon Roll Breakfast Sandwiches combining fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and melted cheese, all nestled between warm cinnamon roll buns.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing) or homemade dough
  • Flour (for dusting, if rolling by hand)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp milk (for creamier scrambled eggs)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese (or your favorite melting cheese)
  • 810 slices crispy bacon (or sausage patties, optional)
  • Pinch of salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven according to package (or 180°C / 350°F for homemade dough).
  2. Separate the cinnamon rolls. Flatten each slightly into a bun shape.
  3. Place on a parchment-lined tray and bake until golden (about 12–15 minutes). Let cool slightly.
  4. In a skillet, fry bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  5. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  6. Heat butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Pour in eggs, stirring gently until creamy and fluffy.
  7. Slice each cinnamon roll in half horizontally (like a burger bun).
  8. On the bottom half, layer scrambled eggs, a slice of cheddar cheese, and crispy bacon.
  9. Top with the other half of the cinnamon roll.
  10. Drizzle with the included icing (or homemade glaze) for that sweet finish.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute bacon with sausage patties for a different flavor.
  • For a vegetarian option, omit the meat and add extra veggies.
  • Experiment with different types of cheese for varied taste.
