- 1 tube (13.8 oz / 390 g) refrigerated pizza dough (or use homemade sweet pizza/brioche dough)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup white chocolate chips, melted
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- ½ cup white chocolate chips (extra for melting & drizzle)
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out pizza dough onto a lightly greased pizza pan or baking stone. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in melted white chocolate until creamy.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust. Scatter raspberries on top.
- Melt remaining white chocolate (microwave in 15-second bursts, stirring each time). Drizzle generously over the raspberries.
- Dust lightly with powdered sugar, slice, and serve immediately.

- For a homemade crust, use a sweet pizza or brioche dough recipe.
