  • 1 tube (13.8 oz / 390 g) refrigerated pizza dough (or use homemade sweet pizza/brioche dough)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips (extra for melting & drizzle)
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out pizza dough onto a lightly greased pizza pan or baking stone. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool slightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in melted white chocolate until creamy.
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust. Scatter raspberries on top.
  4. Melt remaining white chocolate (microwave in 15-second bursts, stirring each time). Drizzle generously over the raspberries.
  5. Dust lightly with powdered sugar, slice, and serve immediately.
