Description
Delicious avocado tortilla wraps filled with fresh ingredients and a creamy avocado sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 Avocado (chopped)
- 1 Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoons Garlic (minced, I used Gourmet Garden Garlic)
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Veganaise
- A pinch Salt
- Uncooked Tortillas
- Sauteed Sweet Peppers
- Sliced Cucumbers
- Optional Chicken (or turkey)
- Mixed Greens
Instructions
- Throw all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and no chunks remain.
- Add a little more honey if your avocado wasn’t ripe enough and the sauce is a bit too tart.
- Cook your tortilla.
- Toss all other ingredients on the open tortilla, drizzle with avocado sauce, fold up each end, holding them closed as you roll the tortilla closed the opposite way.
- Enjoy!
Notes
- Add more honey for sweetness if necessary.
- Feel free to customize the filling with additional vegetables or proteins of your choice.
