A refreshing fruit salad featuring mangoes, grapes, peaches, and strawberries, served with a creamy mango dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 mangoes (peeled and cut into bite size pieces)
- 1 1/2 cups grapes
- 2 peaches (peeled and cut into bite size pieces)
- 2 cups strawberries (cut into quarters)
- 1 cup mango pulp
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- shredded coconut (optional garnish)
- fresh mint leaves (optional garnish)
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, mix mango pulp, heavy cream, and condensed milk. Chill in the refrigerator.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mangoes, grapes, peaches, and strawberries.
- If desired, add the optional chilled mango cream mixture and mix until well combined.
- Serve this salad cold in a bowl garnished with shredded coconut and fresh mint leaves.
Notes
- This salad can be prepared a few hours in advance; just keep the dressing separate until ready to serve.
- Feel free to substitute any seasonal fruits you like.
